I carry boxes full of crap just in case but usually end up digging through zip lock bags....that is one thing i learned back in the pro am days time management is one thing you guys are great at

i have a 3 shelf sterlite drawrs that are stackable that stores 4 binders , i cant begen to tell you how many 4007 Plano Series binders that i have but Mr.Upshaw i feel the same as you do i really truelly full heartedly all my heart believe that the plano 4007B Series binders are worth the $4.89 because they can store up to between 20 - 24 compartments which is fine with me because im a bank angler and i cant began to tell you how many times it was so much more convient for me as a bank angler to have all those 4007B PLano Series binders with me they have made my life so much easier especially with the soft plasticy baits i personally have had soft baits in the binders for aproximately 3 years and not once have my soft baits Desinergrated or Disolved or melted , i dont mind or really care that the box has Bo'd up or warped because over all the binder does what it is that i need it to do and i personally believe that these binders are Guns Blazing Durable i even purchased the academy binder and to this day i still have it , not sure and dont know what i wanna do with but i still got it.

If it works for you I’m happy for you and I used to organize that way years ago but these days I’ve gone in the opposite way. All my soft plastics now stay in their original packages and especially since more and more are now coming in clam shells to keep them straight. It also keeps their scents intact and you can add scent if you like, plus some soft plastics will soften and warp your hard box over time. I then keep a collection of original packages in either larger zip lock bags or a deep hard box with no dividers or a zippered canvas bag, all depending on the original size and use. I will sometimes over fill an original package with the contents of 2 to save space. My skirted baits are in a divided hard box like you but I like to keep them in the little plastic bag they came in and also wrap the skirt with a little dollar store elastic hair band to keep the skirts nice plus with the skirt tied down you can hold more in a compartment. Just my opinion, peace.

I’m slowly moving to fewer, maybe bigger boxes. Just consolidated three 3700 crank boxes down to two deep 3700s. I like it better.
